Dr. Ermalyn Kubart grew up in Kearney, Nebraska where she attended college and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1989 and moved to Kansas City for her residency training at Children’s Mercy Hospital.
She and her husband, Greg, both fell in love with the Kansas City area and all the activities it had to offer during those three years. They enjoy Kansas City Chiefs games, attending the symphony and opera, and going to concerts.
Dr. Kubart is now the mother of three children, Ben, Emma and Grace, and a dog named Daisy. She enjoys reading, music, cooking, and riding bicycles with her family. She loves singing in her church choir at Platte Woods United Methodist Church. She joined Pediatric Care North in 1992.
Dr. Kubart’s special interests include taking care of kids with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and children with special medical needs. She is a Board Certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
