Dr. Jill Rosbrugh was raised in Topeka, Kansas. She attended Wheaton College in Chicago, Illinois, and then moved to southern California, where she graduated from Loma Linda School of Medicine in 2003. Dr. Rosbrugh returned to the Midwest for her residency training at Kansas University Medical Center where she completed a General Psychiatry residency program as well as a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She maintains board certification in both specialties and is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. 

Dr. Rosbrugh worked for 4 years as an attending psychiatrist at the Midwest Center for Eating Disorders at Research Medical Center. In 2013, she transitioned to private practice, where she continued to specialize in eating disorder treatment and also provided psychiatric care for general adult, child and adolescent patients. Over the last few years, Dr. Rosbrugh has shifted her focus to working within her community to advocate for mental health awareness and education.

She was on the board of a local non-profit, collaborated with the Park Hill School district, and supported the Community Alliance for Youth. She is passionate about continuing to be involved in community mental health initiatives and education as well as addressing the specific mental health needs of your child and family.

Dr. Rosbrugh and her husband have lived in the Parkville area since completing their residency programs at KU Medical Center. You will frequently find them in downtown Parkville enjoying Main Street and English Landing Park. She enjoys running, biking, yoga, drinking coffee, and watching her boys, Caleb and Ryan, play soccer.
